Event Rentals

Event Rental Fee: $175(weekdays) and $300 (weekends)

Cleaning Fee: $75 (covers cleaning of main event areas)

Event Duration: 4-hour rental window beginning at 1pm. Earlier access may be arranged depending on availability.
If beds or linens are used during an event, the cleaning fee will increase to $150.
Bedrooms are reserved for overnight guests only and are not included in event rentals.
