Pink House Social offers a vibrant, boutique-style venue perfect for bridal showers, birthday brunches, photo shoots, or intimate gatherings with family and friends. Every detail — from the bright pink walls to the carefully curated décor — creates a picture-perfect backdrop for any occasion.
Event Rental Fee: $500
Standard Cleaning Fee: $75 (covers light cleaning of main event areas)
If beds or linens are used: an additional $150 full cleaning fee will apply
Event Duration: 4-hour rental window (additional time may be added upon request)

Large front porch, spacious back deck, and cozy kitchen-side patio
Restrooms for guest use
Bedrooms are not included in event rentals and must remain closed during the event.
The bunk room stairs are strictly off-limits during events for safety reasons.
To preserve the beauty of our space:
Decorations must be freestanding only
Nothing may be attached to walls, doors, trim, or ceilings — including tape, hooks, tacks, or adhesives of any kind
Any wall or trim damage will result in a minimum $2,000 damage fee
Guests are responsible for removing all trash and personal items after the event
Alcohol may be served (not sold)
Early setup or late teardown must be arranged in advance
Outdoor noise and music must end by 10:00 p.m.
