Event Rentals at Pink House Social

Pink House Social offers a vibrant, boutique-style venue perfect for bridal showers, birthday brunches, photo shoots, or intimate gatherings with family and friends. Every detail — from the bright pink walls to the carefully curated décor — creates a picture-perfect backdrop for any occasion.

Event Rental Details

• Event Rental Fee: $300

• Standard Cleaning Fee: $75 (covers light cleaning of main event areas)

• If beds or linens are used: an additional $150 full cleaning fee will apply

• Event Duration: 4-hour rental window (additional time may be added upon request)

Included Spaces

• Main living and dining areas

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Large front porch, spacious back deck, and cozy kitchen-side patio

• Restrooms for guest use

Bedrooms are not included in event rentals and must remain closed during the event.

The bunk room stairs are strictly off-limits during events for safety reasons.

Decorating Guidelines

To preserve the beauty of our space:

• Decorations must be freestanding only

• Nothing may be attached to walls, doors, trim, or ceilings — including tape, hooks, tacks, or adhesives of any kind

• Any wall or trim damage will result in a minimum $2,000 damage fee

Additional Information

• Guests are responsible for removing all trash and personal items after the event

• Alcohol may be served (not sold)

• Early setup or late teardown must be arranged in advance

• Outdoor noise and music must end by 10:00 p.m.
